اعلن علماء من معهد كارنيجي في تقرير نشرته مجلة Nature عن ملاحظتهم لانفجار نجم في مرحلة مبكرة، ويقول العلماء ان النجم الذي يقع على بعد 21 مليون سنة ضوئية من الارض، هو الأقرب من نوعه الذي يكتشف منذ 25 سنة. ويقولون انهم تمكنوا من رؤية هذا النجم بعد اقل من نصف يوم من انفجاره، بما يوفر معلومات ثمينة عن الانفجارات النجمية ستساهم في تطوير فهمنا لهذه الظاهرة الفلكية.
