عمان – الرأي - شكل وزير الصناعة والتجارة لجنة ادارة مؤقتة لشركة درويش الخليلي واولاده لتولي ادارة الشركة ودعوة الهيئة العامة لانتخاب مجلس ادارة جديد.
 وفق افصاح نشر على موقع بورصة عمان امس، اعتبرت دائرة مراقبة الشركات عضوية شركة مجمع الشرق الأوسط للصناعات الهندسية والالكترونية م.ع.م في مجلس إدارة شركة دوريش الخليلي وأولاده غير قانوني.
وتمتلك شركة مجمع الشرق الأوسط للصناعات الهندسية والالكترونية 4 مقاعد ( الثاني والثالث والرابع والخامس) في مجلس إدارة شركة دوريش الخليلي وأولاده.
وتتكون لجنة الادارة من رئيس لجنة الادارة نضال راضي ونائب الرئيس اسامة درويش الخليلي ومعاذ حسين ربابعة وتمارا صالح النسور وعصام ابراهيم رباح كاعضاء.
