عمان- محمد الزيود- وافق مجلس النواب بالأغلبية في جلسة اليوم الثلاثاء على شطب الفقرة (ب) من المادة (20) من مشروع القانون المعدل لقانون الدواء والصيدلة لسنة (2004) والتي تجيز للصيدلي من رعايا أي دولة عربية او أجنبية تتوافر فيه شروط الترخيص المذكورة في الفقرة (أ) من نفس المادة بتقديم طلب ترخيص لمزاولة المهنة شريطة المعاملة بالمثل للصيدلي الأردني.

وأقر المجلس خلال جلسة اليوم الثلاثاء عدد من مواد القانون ذاته إعتبارا من الفقرة (ج) من المادة العاشرة.
