عمان - بترا - استقبل رئيس مجلس الاعيان الدكتور عبد الرؤوف الروابدة امس وبحضور رئيس لجنة شؤون البيئة والصحة والتنمية الاجتماعية د.ياسين الحسبان رئيسة «جمعية لا للتدخين» فاتن حنانيا والوفد المرافق .
ورحبت حنانيا بقرار مجلس الأعيان الذي يمنع التدخين داخل اجتماعات وجلسات المجلس ، مؤكدةً اهمية خطوة الأعيان في استنهاض كافة المؤسسات المعنية لتطبيق القوانين الخاصة بمنع التدخين بشكل جدي.
وكان المجلس وافق على توصية للجنة شؤون البيئة والصحة والتنمية الاجتماعية دعت الى منع التدخين داخل اجتماعات اللجان وجلسات المجلس تفعيلاً لاحكام الفقرة (أ) من المادة 53 من قانون الصحة العامة رقم 47 لسنة 2008 ، وحفاظا على صحة اعضاء المجلس .
