عمان - سميره الدسوقي اجتمعت اللجنة الثلاثية لشؤون العمل اليوم الاحد برئاسة الدكتور نضال القطامين وزير العمل , حيث تدارست اللجنة موضوع الحد الادنى للاجور ومبررات رفعة, واطلعت على الدراسة التي تقدمت بها اللجنة الفنية التي كانت قد شكلت لهذه الغاية ,وفق تصريحات الناطق الاعلامي باسم وزارة العمل محمد الخطيب.

وقال الخطيب ان اللجنة لم تتمكن من الاجماع على قرار حول الحد الادنى من الاجور، وحيث ان قانون العمل يتطلب ان يكون قرار اللجنة بالاجماع وبعكس ذلك يرفع الامر لمجلس الوزراء، فقد قررت اللجنة حسب المادة 52 من قانون العمل رفع الامر الى وزير العمل الذي بدورة استنادا للمادة المذكورة سيتولى رفع الامر الى مجلس الوزراء لاتخاذ القرار المناسب
