عمان - بترا- وقعت نقابتا المقاولين والمحامين، امس الثلاثاء، مذكرة تفاهم لتطبيق المادة 43 من قانون نقابة المحامين المتعلقة بالزام الشركات ومنها شركات المقاولات بتوكيل محام مستشار قانوني خلال ثلاثة اشهر من تاريخ تاسيس الشركة او تسجيلها.
وقع المذكرة نقيب المقاولين المهندس وائل طوقان ونقيب المحامين سمير خرفان بحضور مجلسي النقابتين.
واكد النقيبان خلال حفل التوقيع اهمية التعاون وجعل صياغة العقود في الشركات والمؤسسات من خلال رجال القانون.
